RING OF HONOR

After Graduation, what happens to us Moms?

The “Ring of Honor” is a club within a club. It’s a special group for moms of graduated Aggies, who still want to be part of the club and keep the friendships we’ve made.

Graduate Moms have sometimes been in the club for years and years (hard getting those kids to move on sometimes), and some felt that these moms may no longer “need” the scholarship info or other helping hands our club offers to student. But they do want to stay a member of the best club in the world and promote Aggie values and that “Spirit.”

So the Ring of Honor members will also be members of the San Antonio Aggie Moms Club (pay dues or be past presidents w/ honorary life membership), but they will have some separate meetings from our regular monthly business meetings for the purpose of fellowship and fun. Currently we’re thinking there will be one quarterly meeting for Ring of Honor Moms.

They also can help with whatever Aggie Moms’ Club project that suits their fancy! The idea is to give these long-term members a place to keep in touch with Aggie friends and our Moms’ Club but that is more geared to women whose kids have graduated and started new careers.
